Your Web-Based Connection

At Simcoe Place, tenant service is very important to us. We know through experience that if tenant service is prompt, responsive and results oriented, each day begins and ends on a more positive note.

CF CONNECT has been designed to do just that. Providing tenants with a web-based, instant connection to our service program, along with an assortment of benefits and efficiencies:

1) Tenant's ability to populate its service requests directly by password access.

2) A real-time connection to service request status and progress/completion reports.

3) Access to real-time information for internal reporting.

Tenant Representatives with password access can visit cfconnect.cadillacfairview.com/ to place a Service Request.
